🤩 The role: Senior React Native Developer

We’re on the hunt for a Senior React Native Developer to help us build the future of work for frontline workers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves clean and practical code, and wants to build things that real people actually use every day.

We’ve built our entire tech stack in TypeScript, and our apps are written in React Native. You’ll work across the stack where needed, but your primary focus will be on our mobile experience—where the magic happens for thousands of users every day.

• Building new features in our React Native apps (iOS & Android
• Collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver elegant, user-centric solutions
• Improving performance, squashing bugs, and helping scale the app to thousands of users
• Participating in code reviews, contributing to architecture discussions, and shaping how we build and release software
• Helping shape internal best practices and mentoring other developers as we grow

Who are you?

You’re passionate about creating great user experiences - and have an eye for design. You know how to balance speed and quality, and you’re comfortable making pragmatic decisions when needed. You’re a team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments—and you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Have 3+ years of experience with React Native and a strong grasp of offline-first development
• Know your way around TypeScript, React, and mobile architecture patterns
• Enjoy building intuitive, beautiful, and performant mobile interfaces
• Can work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
• Want to help shape a product that frontline workers use every day to make their lives better
• Are fluent in English and comfortable working remotely or from our Copenhagen HQ

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• GraphQL and tools like Apollo Client
• NestJS, MongoDB
