🎯 The Role: Global Sales Director
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Sales Director to lead and scale our growing commercial team.
You’ll coach and manage a team of 3 Senior Closers (soon to be 4) and 7 Go-To-Market Analysts - helping them become more effective, consistent, and confident. You’ll also stay close to the action yourself, taking on strategic opportunities and playing a direct role in driving revenue.
This is a leadership role for someone who leads by example, balances short-term performance with long-term capability-building, and wants to shape how we scale our go-to-market function.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role across three core pillars:
1. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial function
Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on execution, continuous learning, and accountability
Drive team growth through effective hiring, onboarding, and scaling initiatives
2. Sales Execution
Actively contribute to both pipeline generation and deal closing
Step in to lead strategic or complex deals when necessary
Take full ownership of achieving the topline revenue targets in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment
3. Go-To-Market Strategy & Enablement
Collaborate with the CEO to refine sales playbooks, processes, and ICP definition
Influence alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution
Channel insights from the field to improve product development and market positioning
✅ What We’re Looking For
You’re a commercial leader who enjoys building teams, growing people, and staying close to the customer. You believe great leadership comes not just from driving results - but by being in the arena alongside your team.
Must-haves:
Proven senior commercial leadership from Seed through Series A to B
Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, SPICED
Ability to coach AEs and SDRs across pipeline generation, qualification, and closing
Excellent communication, prioritization, and people skills
Track record of successful hiring
Fluent in English
