🎯 The Role: Content Lead
We strive to build an internal media agency - publishing videos, podcasts, case studies, courses, trend reports, blog posts, everything. Right now, the focus is on video and podcast, and you’ll be heading these initiatives, assisted by a full-time remote video editor.
You’re perfect for this role if you’re a one-stop-shop for ideating, scripting, producing and editing social-media native content. Not traditional, slow, boring stuff - paced, scroll-stopping, human content that speaks to our busy audience of restaurants, pubs, hotels.
You’ll report to our Marketing Director who’s a former YouTuber and educational content creator, and you’ll work closely with our CEO, sales and customer success teams.
We’re super bullish on AI, but not as the final content people see. More in the pre-production stages. No avatars, no generic stuff - real people, often shot on a phone, relatable stuff.
Our primary outlet is Linkedin, with Instagram and YouTube as supporting channels. We think more in "content clouds" than "funnels". Individual content doesn’t have to directly drive leads, it’s more of a long-term play, where we aim to stand out with an as next-level content offering as our product is next-level in the market.
CEO content is a significant focus, and ours is great at being on camera, is super smart, and has lots to say about the industry. You’ll be working directly with him on a weekly basis.
A big part of your job is turning our CEO and customers into the “faces” of All Gravy. You’ll help shape ideas into testimonials, episodes, scripts and posts, and work with our customer success and sales team to bring in or travel out to the right people from the hospitality space so our content actually reflects the industry - and we’re actively seen as part of the industry.
Written skills is crucial. You’re as comfortable in Google Docs as you are on a camera roll. Writing hooks, scripts, email copy, landing page copy, YouTube titles, descriptions - all part of the job. You always think in distribution and repurposing: how this one video becomes ten pieces that live across LinkedIn, YouTube, email and our website.

You’ll know you’re winning when:
- People in hospitality start mentioning “I keep seeing your content everywhere”
- Our reach, engagement and followers on LinkedIn and YouTube are consistently growing
- Sales and CS regularly use your content in their conversations
- We start to tie specific categories of content to new leads and opportunities
This is a full-time role based in Copenhagen with a hybrid setup, where work-from-home is totally fine when needed, but we prefer to see you in the office. We work in English day-to-day, and yours has to be at a high professional level, spoken and written.
Salary is competitive with warrant options on the table for the right profile.
